WEEK 6 CHEMISTRY TUTORIAL

For tutorial, we will be covering:

1. How to name organic compounds (Summary of lecture material)

2. Organic Chemistry Tutorial 1 - Introduction to Organic Chemistry

3. Tutorial on Isomerism (depending on where the lecturer covers until)



For practical, we will be doing VA 10.

IMPORTANT NOTE: I have been helping you with VA 7 to VA 9. It is time for you to be independent. I will not brief you on VA 10. You will do it on your own.

ANOTHER IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to National Day celebration on 7th August (Friday), 09S29 will miss your practical. So we will do the practical in Week 7 instead.

CONSULTATION ON EVEN WEEKS FOR CT 'S' & 'U' STUDENTS.

Hello my dears!

I have created some slots for you to sign up. These are FIXED slots, meaning they will be on the same day every EVEN WEEK. So I will see you once every two weeks. The slots are HALF AN HOUR each. Even if you have nothing to ask me, I would still like to see you.

For S05 - Every MONDAY (even week)
11am to 1pm.

For S29 - Every TUESDAY (even week)
9am to 12pm (for people not doing MT or CLB)
10.30am to 12pm (for those doing MT or CLB).

I will circulate the sign-up sheet when I see you. After I have collated the sign-up list, I will make a copy for each of you to keep.

Do remember your slots and keep to your slots ok?
